 GP5000 Gas Cutting Machine

Gas cutters manufactured by Techserv are designed for a long trouble free service in harsh industrial environments.

The Techserv range of gas cutting machines can be supplied with cut areas of up to 6m wide x 25m long with multiple tool options:

• Maximum 12 gas cutting heads
• Maximum 2 plasma cutting heads

HS 2000 - Plasma Cutting Machine

1.5m x 1.5m upto 2m x 4m cutting area. Maximum thickness 25mm.

HS 4000 - Plasma Cutting Machine

HS 4000 Hi Definition precision plasma cutter, designed to produce high quality cut parts, from structural plates to warships.

2m x 2m upto 5m x 25m cutting area. Maximum thickness 80mm.

Precision arc voltage height sense. Optional gas heads, multiple plasma packs.

Water Jet Cutters

Water jet cutters by Techserv are designed and built in our factory in England.

Waterjet cutting offers a cost effective, efficient and flexible method of cutting most materials including metal, glass, stone and plastics using either pure water or additional abrasive. The process produces cuts with a narrow kerf and smooth edges with no material degradation over a wide range of thickness' upto 150mm.

The Techserv water jet machine is equipped with a Techserv C.N.C. and a machine control panel. The Techserv CNC is a ‘state of the art’ PC based motion controller featuring colour graphics, touch screen, Intel processor, intuitive operator interface, local area network connectivity etc. The Techserv CNC is fully optimised for water jet cutting, this combined with a position loop update time of less than one millisecond makes it the ideal choice for the low speed - high precision demands of a water jet cutter. The machine control panel has switches for all machine functions including drives on/off, head select, raise lower, set height etc. All the machines electronics are mounted away from the machine in a stand alone operators console.
